外资寿险理赔不含糊

    近日，光大永明人寿保险有限公司浙江分公司对客户李某作出了赔付约58.9万元身故理赔款、免除其女儿的年金保险约27.8万元保费、其女儿的年金保险合同生效满两周年开始每年可以领取6000元的生存保险金，累计至保险合同期满给付的生存保险金总共可达40.2万元，如果其女儿不幸身故，公司将另外给付指定受益人30万元的身故保险金，该客户所有的保单收益总价值高达约156.9万元。此案为浙江外资寿险公司理赔金额最大的一起赔案，同时也是浙江外资寿险公司首个“保费豁免”条款受益的案例。     

    2007年5月1日，李先生在建筑工地施工时，不慎从高处坠落身故。接到报案后，光大永明的理赔人员立即前往事故现场，积极协助处理善后工作。经核实，李先生以其本人为被保险人，先后在光大永明人寿保险有限公司杭州分公司投保意外险，两全寿险；以其女儿为被保险人，投保年金险附加投保人豁免定期寿险。累计交纳保费52888元。 

    光大永明人寿相关人士称，浙江的民营企业多，像李先生这样的“小老板”大多白手起家，负债经营，不仅生意几乎全靠自己一肩挑，还常常有很多欠款要不回来。表面光鲜，自身保障和风险转嫁却极其匮乏。值得庆幸的是，正是李先生有良好的保险意识，及早转嫁了风险，才使他的家庭成员能在其遭遇不幸后拥有良好的经济保障，从容面对以后的漫漫人生。
