    无责方不要求理赔

    双方须在《协议书》上写明要求

    周女士反映：如果事故双方有一方是无责方，另一方全责，没有责任的一方不要求理赔，也不想费时间填写《协议书》，另一方是否也可以不填写《协议书》？

    市交管局事故处回复：这种情况下，如果一方不要求理赔，而且有急事要离开，也必须要填写《协议书》，并在《协议书》上注明：甲方或乙方不要求赔偿。这样做可以避免找后账的情况发生。
