郑州上半年社会保险万余单位漏保职工5.5万

    郑州市社保稽查大队7月26日提供的上半年稽查结果显示，在稽查的10094户用人单位中，查出近5.5万名职工没有参保，追缴社保基金6862.2万元。

    郑州市社保稽查大队有关负责人说，形势不容乐观，用人单位参保意识仍需加强。

    上半年的统计数字显示，社保稽查的总户数比去年同期增长了62%，而查出的应保未保人数、少缴社会保险费、追缴社保基金分别比去年同期增长了72%、134%、287%。这是不是说明郑州拖欠社会保险费的情况越来越严重呢？

    “不能这样看。”郑州市社保稽查大队副大队长付锁良说，因为社保稽查更加专业、更加严格，所以发现的问题越来越多。事实上，越来越多的用人单位开始主动为员工办理社会保险。

    按照国家规定，养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育五项强制社会保险，用人单位必须为每一位职工及时办理参保手续并按时足额缴费。其中，养老、医疗、失业三项由用人单位与职工按比例分担缴费，而工伤、生育则由企业承担全部社保缴费。

    针对稽查出的问题，付锁良说，今后还要加大稽查力度，开展社会保险缴费诚信单位评审活动，鼓励群众踊跃举报，依法维护劳动者合法权益。
