46种先天疾病首次列入学生儿童医保补充报销范围

    9月1日起，除心脏及血管先天性疾病外，又有46种先天性疾病可以报销，这些病种首次被列入北京市学生儿童大病医疗保险补充报销的范围，这也是北京市在日前扩大了“一老一小”医保的参保范围同时，对学生儿童医保报销进行的适度补充。

    北京市劳动保障局昨天下发《关于印发北京市学生儿童大病医疗保险补充报销范围(暂行)有关问题的通知》，正式公布了学生儿童大病医疗保险补充报销范围。

    据了解，由于现行职工基本医疗保险没有解决儿童使用的药品和诊疗项目，也没有解决先天性疾病的费用，所以市劳动保障局对在今年9月1日实施的学生儿童大病医疗保险进行了补充，还将90个诊疗项目内容、161个药品加入到此次补充报销范围中。

    据悉，北京市“一老一小”大病医疗保险制度的参保人员包括北京市城镇老年人和城镇学生儿童。该制度实施后，在一个医疗保险年度内，学生及婴幼儿最高可报销17万元。

    据市劳动保障局人员透露，这次出台的补充报销范围是一个暂行办法，今后，根据国家出台的城镇居民医疗保险有关政策和北京市学生儿童大病医疗保险基金结余情况，暂行办法会逐渐完善。
