<优抚对象医疗保障办法>出台 将于8月1日起实施

    民政部、财政部、劳动和社会保障部、卫生部日前联合出台《优抚对象医疗保障办法》，规定优抚对象按属地政策参加城乡基本医疗保障制度，中央和地方共同负担优抚对象的特殊医疗补助，优抚对象在接受医疗服务时享受优待照顾。

    《办法》共21条，自2007年8月1日开始实施。《办法》内所称的优抚对象为：退出现役的残疾军人、在乡老复员军人、带病回乡退伍军人，以及享受国家抚恤和生活补助的烈士遗属、因公牺牲军人遗属、病故军人遗属等。

    《办法》所涉及的人员共有500多万人，平均年龄超过60岁，他们是国家优抚体制中的重点保障对象。
