电销专用车险产品问世

    国内一款首个专用于电话销售车险的产品诞生了。记者昨日从中国平安获悉，其报备的电话车险专属产品首家获得中国保监会的批准，这意味着，以后消费者购买车险打个电话就可解决问题，而且还可以享受低于其他投保渠道10%至15%的投保费率。

    据中国平安产险副总经理孙建平介绍，电话车险的销售更加方便，由于省去了中间环节，中间成本和运营成本都有所降低。相对于传统车险投保渠道，客户可享受低于其他渠道10%至15%的车险投保费率。

    据了解，电话车险在美国、英国、韩国等发达国家已成主流。在英国，超过50%的车主选择通过电话投保车险。在中国，电话车险也已有几年的发展历程，但此前一直使用的是和其他渠道一样的产品，价格上并没有多少差别。

    目前，国内推出电话营销服务的保险公司还非常少，通过电话营销方式购买车险的人不到5%，但业内人士表示，由于电话营销的优势，将来这种渠道将可能成为车险营销主流渠道。
