产品责任险: 输美商品的重要先决条件

    "对于输美的中国商品来说，产品是否已购买责任险越来越重要，并已成为进入美国市场的一个重要先决条件。"美国进口商协会主席菲利普.波第在本周一举行的拓展美国市场高峰研讨会上表示。

    美国进口商协会数据显示，今年前5个月，中国对美国出口商品总值达到了1208亿美元，较去年同期上升了16.8%。

    "07年中国对美国的出口商品总值将达到3360亿美元。"菲利普.波第在预测时同时指出，目前越来越多的美国进口商非常关注中国产品的产品责任保险问题。

    "由于很多中国制造的产品没有购买产品责任险，若在美国发生责任事故后，美国进口商如果无法追诉中国制造商的责任，进口商就将面临巨大的诉讼风险。"他表示，在这种情况下，美国进口商开始吸取经验教训，将"有没有产品责任险"作为中国产品进入美国市场的一个重要先决条件来考察。

    美亚保险广州分公司总经理符杰权表示，购买产品责任保险是双赢的，对进口商来说，既减少潜在的风险，亦增加了对中国产品的信心。对于中国出口商来说，通过保险公司承保的商品，形成了产品合格的隐形标志，有利于拓展销售市场。

    "在外国进口商的要求和自身风险意识不断增强的背景下，现时越来越多的中国出口企业投保出口产品责任险。在广东市场，产品责任险近年均保持着双位数的增长。"符杰权进一步介绍说，上市公司和行业龙头企业已开始主动购买，如沃尔玛等。但仍有不少的出口商持侥幸心态、风险意识不强。

    "若没有及时投保，如果输美的产品发生事故，其灾难性的后果往往是不言而喻的，这就需要出口企业引起警惕，提高风险防范意识。"他认为。
