3千企业缴社保"缺斤短两"

    今年一季度，劳动保障监察大队检查的近8000户用人单位中，有近3000户存在不按规定缴纳社会保险费的行为。劳动保障监察部门共追缴社会保险费5000多万元，涉及劳动者6万多人。昨天，记者从市劳动保障局获悉，从2006年4月1日至5月31日期间，本市将开展以征缴社会保险费为重点的劳动者权益保护专项检查。

    记者了解到，在一季度的检查中，劳动保障监察部门发现，上海格邦·阿耐金属制品有限公司竟然漏缴一名职工7年零8个月的社会保险费，这也是查处的不按规定缴纳社会保险费时间最长的案件，并且该单位从1997年起陆续漏缴了55名职工的社会保险费43万多元。此外，不按规定缴纳社会保险费金额最大的是上海华夏文化旅游区开发有限公司，该单位在2006年1月和2月累计欠缴社会保险费人民币200多万元，涉及劳动者1800多人。

    据介绍，4月1日起的专项检查重点检查加工制造、批发零售、餐饮服务、建筑施工等企业，检查内容重点是用人单位缴纳社会保险费和支付工资、加班工资等情况。
