民生人寿理赔洪水遇难者

    近日，四川省内江市隆昌县遭遇百年未遇的洪灾，当地汽车钢板弹簧厂职工刘某，在抢救公司财物过程中不慎被洪水卷走，溺水身亡。民生人寿四川分公司接到报案后立即成立理赔专项工作小组，启动快速理赔流程，迅速将20000元理赔款亲手送到了死者家属手中。

    据了解，刘某此前于2006年8月投保民生人寿“康泰重大疾病”保险，保额20000元。在理赔当天，当地一些村民亲眼目睹了理赔过程，对保险的作用和价值有了更深的认识。

    民生人寿表示，为了配合救灾工作，公司不断强化服务意识，以“非常6+1”快速理赔机制为依托，打造高效、优质的客户服务平台，通过快速理赔给客户送上保障。
