中国人寿资产首次"吃螃蟹" 获准管理第三方资产

    保险资产管理公司受托管理的资金性质不再仅限于保险资金。昨日，保监会批准中国人寿资产管理公司可以受托或委托资产管理等业务。这意味着中国保险资产管理公司正与国际接轨。

    昨日，保监会批准中国人寿资产管理公司变更经营范围，同意其进行的业务范围包括：管理运用自有资金；受托或委托资产管理业务；与资产管理业务相关的咨询业务；国家法律法规允许的其他资产管理业务。

    在2004年发布的《保险资产管理公司管理暂行规定》中，关于保险资产管理公司可以经营的范围，基本局限于公司及其股东自有或者控制的保险公司的本币和外币资金，而这次保监会允许中国人寿进行受托或者委托资产管理业务和相关的咨询业务，将不再局限于本公司及其股东，即其他公司也可以委托中国人寿进行资产管理。

    去年，《国务院关于保险业改革发展的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》)曾明确表示，允许符合条件的保险资产管理公司逐步扩大资产管理范围。在当前金融业综合经营的大趋势下，《意见》为保险资产管理公司日后受托管理其他类型的资金“埋下了伏笔”。在国外，保险资产管理公司不仅管理保险公司自身的资产，更重要的是管理其他第三方资产，来自第三方资产的比例超过50%。
