太平洋人寿增持太平洋资产 共持股40%股权

    保监发改〔2007〕1042号

    太平洋资产管理有限责任公司：

    你公司《关于太平洋资产管理有限责任公司股权转让的请示》(太平洋资产发〔2007〕33号)收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

    一、同意中国太平洋保险(集团)股份有限公司将所持有的你公司8000万股权转让给中国太平洋人寿保险股份有限公司。受让后，中国太平洋人寿保险股份有限公司持有你公司40%股权。

    二、请你公司对公司章程作相应修改，并按照有关规定办理股权转让手续。
