社保基金10亿元投资北京轨道交通机场线和5号线

    全国社会保障基金投资北京地铁信托项目签约仪式日前举行，全国社会保障基金理事会与北京市基础设施投资有限公司、平安信托投资有限责任公司共同签署了融资协议，通过信托方式引入10亿元社保资金，投入北京轨道交通机场线和5号线。

    全国社保基金始终恪守“安全至上、注重效益”的投资原则，坚持长期投资和价值投资理念。重要基础设施建设投资风险相对较低，收益较为稳定，符合社保基金的投资特点和要求。双方此次合作，不仅有助于降低北京市相关基础设施的融资成本，也有助于社保基金获得较为稳定的投资收益，双方实现了共赢。

    社保基金理事会表示，未来还将在北京市重点基础设施投资、重点国有企业改制以及其他领域同北京市有关单位广泛地开展各种合作。
