河南保险业发展迅速　保费收入五年增长近一倍

    来自河南保监局的最新统计，今年前七个月，河南省保险业共实现保费收入195.76亿元，同比增长21.58%，继续保持了全国第八、中西部第一的位次。“按照这一速度，今年保费收入将实现重大突破，预计全年将超过300亿元，比5年前增长近一倍。”河南保监局负责人表示，河南省保险业的发展又迈上了一个新的台阶。

    十六大以来，全省保险业发展迅速。2003年保费收入166.75亿元，2004年201.99亿元，2005年213.55亿元，2006年252.3亿元，年平均增长达到19.28%。

    不只是保险业务快速发展，2003年全省仅有13家保险公司，今年上半年这一数字已经达到27家。特别是中外合资机构首创安泰人寿的进入使我省保险业对外开放实现了零的突破。

    2002年至今河南省保险业累计为地方经济社会发展提供经济补偿173.45亿元，支付各类赔款和给付113亿元，累计为全社会提供汽车消费贷款和住房按揭贷款保险保障1000多亿元。
