沪上八家保险公司共同保火灾公众责任险年内试点

    在上海市金融服务办的牵头下，上海保监局会同上海市消防局共同筹划的火灾公众责任险试点准备工作已进入实质阶段，相关保险条款及费率刚刚制定完成，具体试点工作有望于年内启动。

    上海保监局相关负责人接受本报记者采访时表示，在火灾公众责任险的初期试点中，人保、太保、平安、大地、中华联合、太平、安信、华泰等沪上8家财险公司将以共保的形式，对沪上7000多家重点单位进行承保。在今后的火灾公众责任险试点过程中，上述8家之外的其他财险公司也有机会参与承保。

    火灾公众责任险的重点投保单位包括商场、宾馆饭店、影剧院、网吧、医院、机场、火车站、地铁站、体育场馆等公众聚集场所和易燃易爆场所。

    据记者了解，火灾公众责任险保费并非全市统一，费率浮动因子包括投保单位营业面积、聚集人群规模等一些影响火灾发生频率的因素。投保方式将根据单位所在区县划分，再由各区县向保险公司统一投保。

    上述负责人还表示，目前上述8家试点财险公司已向各自总公司上报火灾公众责任险相关方案，下一步将向上海保监局报备。随后，上海市相关部门还将召开一个火灾公众责任险推动会，具体试点工作将于今年底之前正式启动。
