新款旅行社责任险理赔简单年底出台

    记者从国家旅游局了解到，国家旅游局为更好地保障游客和旅行社的权益，目前正在和有关方面研讨旅行社责任险修改事宜，新款旅行社责任险有望在年底出台，并在全国推行。

    据中保昆明分公司相关负责人介绍，新险种针对现行版本的险种有四方面的改进。一是将旅行社责任险和游客意外伤害险两个产品的赔偿标的变更为旅行社，使其在责任上能优势互补，避免了保障重复；第二，保险保障可叠加累积，使旅行社的赔偿限额得到了大幅提高，最大限度地增加了旅行社的抗风险能力；第三，在理赔方式上采用有过错和无过错的赔偿方式，使旅行社的意外风险得到了最大保障；第四，完善和补充了现行保险产品中的不足部分，使其在实际风险事故发生后的相关费用，如转院费、家属接待费、交通食宿费、误工费、精神损失赔偿等，能得到合理赔偿。

    一位旅行社老总表示，新款旅行社责任险在理赔方面会更加简便。
