中国再保险集团成立 将引入策略投资者并伺机上市

    由财政部和汇金公司共同发起设立的中国再保险(集团)股份有限公司，10月10日宣告成立，注册资本金361.49亿元，财政部和汇金公司分别持有14.5%和85.5%的股权。未来将引入策略投资者，并伺机上市。
