保监会<听证办法>征求意见 消费者将可参加听证

    17日，中国保监会出台《中国保险监督管理委员会行政许可听证办法(草案)》，并向社会广泛征求意见。该办法通过后，消费者将可以参加保险行业包括价格在内的听证会。

    《草案》规定，保险行政许可听证将充分听取公民、法人和其他组织的意见，保障其陈述、申辩和质证的权利。法律、行政法规、中国保监会规章规定实施保险行政许可应当听证的事项，或者中国保监会认为需要听证的其他涉及公共利益的重大保险行政许可事项，中国保监会应当向社会公告，并举行听证。

    在举行听证的30日前通过中国保监会网站和中国保监会指定披露保险信息的报纸上向社会进行公告。
