我国企业年金今年有望突破1300亿元

    劳动保障部基金监督司司长陈良22日说，我国企业年金今年有望突破1300亿元。陈良是在22日出席江西社会保障论坛时透露这一数字的。

    陈良说，到2005年底，我国企业年金积累基金为680亿元；到2006年底，我国企业年金积累基金达到910亿元；今年上半年企业年金新增规模约200亿元，今年全年我国企业年金的增量有望达到400亿元。

    陈良表示，我国企业年金分享了资本市场整体利好的成果。我国企业年金从2006年第四季度开始由具备资格的机构开始投资运作，该季度平均收益率为9.6%；今年上半年，平均收益率为24.8%；今年前三季度，平均收益率为40.6%。

    按照国务院关于企业年金实行市场化管理运营的决定精神，2004年劳动保障部出台了《企业年金试行办法》，会同有关部门出台了《企业年金基金管理试行办法》，并相继下发了一系列配套文件，两次评审认定了58个企业年金基金管理机构。
