港澳保险代理人明年可在内地设独资公司

    中国保监会今天发布公告称，根据“CEPA补充协议四”，自2008年1月1日起，允许符合条件的香港、澳门保险代理公司在内地设立独资保险代理公司。

    这是保监会履行今年年中签署的《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》、《内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》“CEPA补充协议四”中关于开放金融服务贸易相关承诺的具体举措。

    保监会在相关公告中明确规定，符合下列条件的香港和澳门保险代理公司可在内地设立独资保险代理公司：申请人必须为香港、澳门本地的保险专业代理机构；经营保险代理业务10年以上；提出申请前三年的年均业务收入不低于50万港币，提出申请上一年度的年末总资产不低于50万港币；申请前三年无严重违规、受处罚记录。公告称，申请人应向中国保监会提出书面申请，具体可参照现行《保险代理机构管理规定》的相关内容。
