泰康人寿实现核保核赔业务处理大集中

    日前，随着最后一批分公司核赔业务的顺利上收，泰康人寿核保、核赔“两核”业务处理全国大集中工作圆满完成。这是继2007年11月完成核保业务上收之后，泰康人寿后援大集中迈出的又一关键步伐。核保、核赔的集中处理在国际上是一种先进、成熟的做法，目前在我国尚属起步阶段。

    根据泰康人寿初步的运行情况，核保、核赔业务集中处理体现了流程高效、标准统一、成本节约、风险管控的特点，有利于为客户提供更为主动、简约、便捷、准确的服务，标志着泰康人寿运营管理水平的进一步提升。
