    中国平安新闻发言人昨晚在接受记者询问时表示：“公司注意到了中国证监会发言人的谈话，公司再融资方案是按照法律规定在履行内部法定程序阶段，公司会根据市场的情况，慎重考虑筹资时机、规模及资本市场的承受能力，严格按照法律的要求办事。 

    最后发言人表示，公司的基础是稳固的，战略是清晰的，财务是谨慎的，各项业务是稳健增长的，公司将继续致力于为广大投资者创造长期稳定的回报。
