千亿保险资金或入楼市

据羊城晚报报道，正在接受审议的《保险法》修订草案酝酿对险企投资“不动产”放行，这将令险企对房地产市场的投资从过去的“暗渡陈仓”走向“明修栈道”。     尽管草案并未对“不动产”投资比例上限作出具体规定，但保险公司人士认为，保险企业或参照5％的投资比例进行风险控制，以此计算，将有1000多亿元资金可进入不动产。
