"非现金"收付费成新规 保监会再次规范人身险销售

为杜绝“骗保”和资金挪用行为，保监会规定保险公司应采用非现金方式收付费。     保监会昨日发布的《人身保险业务基本服务规范(征求意见稿)》要求，保险公司应通过银行转账等非现金方式收取新单首期保费，客户主动到保险公司缴纳保费或当地不具备转账条件的除外；对于给付案件，保险公司应积极引导客户通过银行转账等非现金方式领取。
