沪市风险警示板今开锣 首批43家上市公司入板交易

　　作为落实退市配套制度，平稳推进退市制度改革的措施之一，上海证交所风险警示板今天起正式运行。首批43家沪市上市公司股票将进入风险警示板交易。

　　根据之前发布的暂行办法，进入风险警示板的股票有两类。上交所相关负责人透露，目前“风险警示股票”包括23家ST公司股票和20家*ST公司股票，暂无“退市整理股票”。上交所特别提醒投资者，详细了解相关规定，根据自身风险承担能力和投资偏好，谨慎做出决策。
