    武钢股份(600005，收盘价2.91元)16日公告，公司控股股东武钢集团于2012年11月29日~2013年1月15日期间累计增持公司股份1.06亿股，占公司总股本的1%。截至1月15日，武钢集团共持有公司股份67亿股，占公司总股本的66.38%。
