　　星星科技(300256)公告，11月1日，公司收到中国证监会的通知，经证监会上市公司并购重组委11月1日审核，公司发行股份及支付现金购买资产并募集配套资金暨重大资产重组事项获得有条件审核通过。

　　公司股票自2013年11月4日起复牌。
