兴蓉环境两高管被调查

　　兴蓉环境（000598）今日公告称，2015年9月12日，公司获悉，公司董事长兼总经理杨光因涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查，不能履行职务。公司副总经理高华因涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查，不能履行职务。

　　兴蓉环境表示，公司目前生产经营情况正常，公司将尽快召开董事会，推举代理董事长。公司将根据事件进展情况及时履行信息披露义务。
