3券商再度注销11.39亿份招行认沽权证

    在招行认沽本周终止交易后，今日，又有中信等3券商再次注销招行认沽11.39亿份。至此，尚未注销的招行认沽还剩40.46亿份。

    上证所权证流通基本信息显示，截至8月24日，招行认沽尚有约53.35亿份未注销，其中，流通在外的约23.48亿份，创设人持有约29.87亿份。此后8月25日，光大证券又注销1.5亿份，加上今日中信、广发、海通共注销11.39亿份，自交易终止后已共注销了12.89亿份招行认沽。也就是说，截至今日，招行认沽还有40.46亿份尚未注销，其中创设人手中还持有16.98亿份，投资者手中持有23.48亿份。

    招行认沽自2006年3月2日上市交易，2007年8月27日为最后一个交易日，行权截止日期为2007年8月31日，行权比例为1：1，行权价为5.45元。昨日，招行认沽对应的正股招商银行收盘价为38.25元。
