据传,短期面临暴涨!

    据传，近期军工概念股航天通信(600677)、北方天鸟(600435)、风帆股份(600482)等纷纷停牌，并陆续公布资产注入和再融资方案，这似乎表明军工股的资产注入开始提速。

    分析人士认为，在《关于军工企业股份制改造的指导意见》公布后，军工企业的资产注入和资本运作进入了实质性进展阶段。

    前段时间，由于军工保密问题，国防科工委一度对军工资产注入产生较大分歧，这也导致相关企业的军工资产注入产生波折和停滞。但是在军工股份制改造的大趋势下，国防科工委最终同意了各种注资方案。陈刚指出，从种种迹象看，军工资产注入上市公司有望加速。今年以来，军工股陷入调整，至今，整个军工板块的表现落后于大盘。这种调整，为军工股再度爆发奠定了良好的基础。

    近期，资产注入类股票再度得到市场的追捧，随着市场热点的切换，资产注入类股票的投资机会将逐渐得到市场的认可，而军工板块的资产注入，想象空间更大，有望成为市场重新认可和追捧的主流。
