    上证所昨天发布通知，要求上市公司在10月31日前完成三季报披露工作，并在财务报表中增加披露公司持有的上市公司、非上市金融企业及拟上市公司股权的情况。

    上证所规定，未能在规定时间完成季报披露工作的，应及时提交书面说明并作出披露，否则将被实施停牌。季报披露期间，上证所每日安排不超过100家上市公司披露季报。

    在本次季报披露中，上市公司应增加披露2007年年初至报告期末以扣除非经常性损益后归属于公司普通股股东的净利润计算的基本每股收益，以及持有其他上市公司、非上市金融企业和拟上市公司股权的相关情况。此外，已完成股改公司还应详细披露原非流通股东的特别承诺及其履行情况。
