据传 民生加银基金管理公司获批

    民生银行今日发布公告称，2007年12月28日，该行接到中国银监会批复，同意该行联合加拿大皇家银行、三峡财务有限责任公司共同发起设立民生加银基金管理公司。

    同日，民生银行还发布公告称，该公司董事会审议同意对所持有的1.34亿股海通证券股权(已逾期)按照相关法律法规的规定进行处置，具体处置方案授权经营层研究制定，提交董事会审议。

    此外，民生银行、民生转债还公布了股份变动情况公告。截至2007年12月28日收盘，已有399955.2万元民生银行发行的“民生转债”转成该行股票，累计转股股数为161667.96万股(含送增股)，占公司总股本11.16%；尚有448000元的“民生转债”未转股，占民生转债发行总量的0.011%。
