金陵饭店:新楼即将开业 预计有9000万收益

    今日，有消息指出:金陵饭店新楼即将开业，投行测算带来9000万以上的新增收益，换到每股业绩增加0.3以上，给予18元的估值。就此事和讯网连线金陵饭店股份有限公司。公司证券部人士对和讯网表示：新楼开业都是两三年之后的事情了，目前连地基都没挖呢。我们也不知道所谓的投行是怎么测算的收益。
