胜利股份:大股东累计减持1427万股

    胜利股份(000407)公告，公司于8月13日再次接公司第一大股东山东胜利投资股份有限公司函告，自股改限售股份第一批上市流通之日起至2007年8月13日下午收盘时止，该公司通过深圳证券交易所交易系统累计出售胜利股份流通A股14,276,045股，占公司总股本的4.002%，减持后该公司持有公司股份3648.05万股,占公司总股本的10.23%，仍为公司第一大股东。
