葛洲坝:50亿砸向内遂高速

    记者从四川省有关部门获悉，四川省内江至遂宁高速公路项目日前在成都签约。葛洲坝集团将以BOT方式建设这条高速公路。

    内遂高速公路全长117.8公里，位于四川盆地腹心地带，是连接川东北地区与川南地区的主要通道，途经内江、资阳、遂宁等城市。该公路是泛珠三角地区高速公路网规划中巴中至昆明的重要组成部分。路线设计速度为80公里/小时，投资估算为50.8亿元。

    BOT是目前国际流行的融资方式，指投资人对交通基础设施项目实行投资、建设、收费、经营一体化管理，收费经营期满后移交政府主管部门。葛洲坝集团为实施内遂高速公路BOT项目，专门设立了四川内遂高速公路有限责任公司。
