南京医药:经营质量改善未来发展可期

    南京医药(600713)是一家较为纯粹的医药商业公司，医药流通占据主营收入的95%以上，贡献超过85%主营利润。且业态全面，包括纯销、批发、零售、药房托管等。其中以纯销占比最大，其次是批发，约30亿左右规模，药房托管和零售各约4-5亿规模，工业规模较小，约2-3亿。

    公司近年来经营质量正逐渐提高，经营性现金流改善，存货周转天数下降明显，应收帐款周转天数缓慢下降。未来发展的看点在于：1、谨慎型规模扩张。公司将会寻找合适时机进行兼并收购，扩大销售规模。2、OEM的生产。这项业务正处于起步阶段，目前仅有三千万左右的销售规模，公司计划在08-09年使得OEM占销售收入的5-10%，最终达到占销售收入20%的水平。3、药房托管。此项业务模式成为促使公司股票06年至今大幅上涨的最主要因素之一，未来有望继续贡献业绩。

    长江证券分析师段炼炼认为，综合以上的因素，预计公司07-09年的每股收益分别为0.197元、0.329元、0.527元，给予“谨慎推荐”的投资评级。
