    公司目前拥有苏里南道路工程、赤道几内亚房屋建筑工程和沙特医院建设项目合同总金额高达17亿元，这将成为公司未来业绩增长的保障。

    公司近几年积极投资房地产，主要项目位于北京、大连和沈阳。公司在北京开发的东一时区位于朝阳区建国路双会桥南1号，北京奥运会临近及人民币升值的预期使得北京房地产价格持续走高，公司也将受益。此外，公司还拥有一支航运船队，随着航运市场的船价处于高位徘徊，公司现有船舶已得到很大程度增值。该股后市有望向上突破，可重点关注。
