丝绸股份:资产重组提升盈利能力

    ●公司本次重大重组剥离了盈利能力低下的纺织加工和贸易类资产，置入集团持有的与中国东方丝绸市场区域相关的土地、商业房产、市场环境治理等资产，奠定了公司在东方丝绸市场开发中的主导地位，将真正实现由传统的纺织生产企业向中国东方丝绸市场的开发商、运营商和服务商以及当地纺织产业的综合发展商的成功转型。

    ●我们重点看好公司基于东方丝绸市场拟开发的电子商务平台业务的发展空间，认为该平台的本质类似于商品交易所，建成后公司可以覆盖更多的盈利环节，同时有利于扩大现有有形市场的影响力，促进市场交易额的进一步增长。

    在电子商务平台成熟之前的过渡期内，基础设施业务是公司未来2-3年最基本的盈利来源，而市场内外房地产资源的滚动开发将为公司盈利提供很大的调升空间。

    ●综合考虑上述三方面的因素，谨慎预计公司每股价值为16.05元-18.42元之间。

    公司股价我们自2006年10月31日独家给予“买入”评级以来，截至2007年5月23日停牌，上涨了392%，远远超越同期大盘涨幅。鉴于本次重组的力度和后续业务预期要进一步好于此前的预期，目前上调评级至“买入”。  (东方证券)
