健康元:售东盛科技收益1.2亿元

    健康元(600380)公告称，截至2007年9月11日，健康元将持有的可供出售金融资产——东盛科技股份924万股，通过上海证券交易所集合竞价交易系统，以均价14.76元/股全部卖出，该项投资为公司增加投资收益12237.75万元，将计入本年第三季度利润表。

    另外，董事会通过关于为深圳市海滨制药有限公司向中信银行红岭支行申请不超过人民币4000万元的短期流动资金贷款提供连带责任保证担保。
