金山开发:转型地产 想象空间打开

    公司原大股东上海轻工采用国有资产划转形式将持有的公司全部国家股划转给金山区国资委后，公司作为金山区国资委下属的唯一一家上市公司，今后将紧密围绕金山区的功能定位，在工业园区建设、基础设施改造、商业文化设施建设等方面获得新发展，金山区将优质资产项目注入公司，由原来的自行车业务转入盈利能力更加突出的地产行业，未来前景值得期待。前期公司拟投资滚动开发金山第二工业区2.97平方公里土地；并拟投资开发枫泾工业区2平方公里土地，发展前景相当广阔。

    随着公司主业成功转型，该股中线想象空间被打开，近日盘中频繁出现异动，主力再度拉升意图相当明显，操作上可适当关注。(金百灵投资)
