　　公司旗下全资子公司成都天府新城房地产开发有限公司与政府相关部门在四川省成都市成华区进行土地一级开发，随着公司近期两块地皮高价卖出，短期基本面将出现质变。

　　近期公司再次发布公告，成功卖地133亩，起拍价为每亩人民币280万元，最终成交价为每亩人民币1270万元，这块地皮可实现的总收入相当可观。

　　前期公司与中国风电投资有限公司签订合同，设立内蒙古联合风能投资有限公司，开发内蒙古自治区二连浩特市的风力发电场，这使公司具备热门的新能源题材。（汇阳投资 徐冠华）
