东华科技:签订甲醇项目工程设计合同

    东华科技(002140)今日公告，2007年9月26日，东华科技与宁夏宝塔联合化工有限公司正式签订了年产60万吨甲醇项目工程设计合同。工程设计收费2990万元，合同生效后7天内支付20%作为预付款。
