平煤天安:平煤集团首次赴非开矿

    平煤集团副总经理、平煤国际矿业投资有限公司董事长刘银志近日透露，平煤集团已经与津巴布韦国家电力有限公司签署了联合开矿协议。

    在平煤集团与津巴布韦国家电力有限公司、中国航空技术进出口总公司签署的协议中，三方将成立一家合资公司，共同投资开发津巴布韦西部煤田和辛那马塔拉煤田，平煤集团属下的平煤国际矿业投资有限公司出资45%，处于控股地位。 

    平煤集团是平煤天安601666)的控股股东，尽管公司前往陕西等地开发煤炭资源，但是出国开矿还是首次。

    津巴布韦国家电力有限公司是津巴布韦政府的全资企业，负责全国的电力生产和供应。中国航空技术进出口总公司是我国一家以航空产品与技术进出口为核心业务的大型国有企业，总部设在北京，在中国最大的500家进出口企业中排前20名。
