华东科技:今年净利将降3.66亿

    华东科技000727)公告，公司董事会审议通过了公司对持股20%的华飞彩色显示系统有限公司计提资产减值准备的议案。

    公司持股20%的华飞彩色显示系统有限公司经济效益不断下滑，董事会决定对华飞公司的股权投资计提资产减值准备36634.32万元，将导致2007年年度报告期内公司所有者权益和净利润降低3.66亿元。因此事项需经股东大会同意后方可执行，故在公司2007年第三季度报告中无法计提。
