*ST阿继:集团暂无整体上市计划

    *ST阿继000922)今日发布澄清公告称，截至目前控股股东哈电集团未商讨过通过*ST阿继整体上市事宜，近期也没有相关计划，并保证最近三个月不会提出该事项，相关传闻不属实。

    此前，有媒体报道：哈电集团领导正在紧急研究新的注资方案；哈电集团或许将以现金+资产”的方式闪电救赎*ST阿继。与此同时，实现早几年便有传闻的整体上市。

    ST阿继发布澄清公告时表示，经与大股东哈电集团核实，股改方案实施后，哈电集团探讨过履行股改承诺的相关事项，并将在现行的国家及相关部门的法律、法规框架下，继续依法合规的探讨和推进对*ST阿继的资产重组方式。但在2007年10月8日至媒体报道期间，哈电集团不存在正在紧急研究新的注资方案的情况。
