东方电气:集团要约收购义务豁免

    东方电机600875)公告称，公司控股股东中国东方电气集团公司于2007年10月18日收到中国证券监督管理委员会《关于核准豁免中国东方电气集团公司要约收购义务的批复》，批复同意豁免东方电气集团因东方电机向其定向发行A股股份而应履行的要约收购义务。

    批复同意豁免东方电气集团因东方电机定向发行3.67亿股普通股股份，导致持股数量达到57080万股 (占发行后总股本69.9%)而应履行的要约收购义务。
