中技贸易:收到1.19亿联通股权减持款

    中技贸易今日发布公告称，其已收到减持中国联合通信有限责任公司股权的款项。

    中技贸易持有联合通信公司119170418.31股权份额，本次减持35701143.89股权份额。公司表示，现收到联合通信公司款项共计119170418.30元，公司全年利润将有较大幅度增长。

    公司指出，本次减持后，联合通信公司将对减持后的股本实施资本公积金转增，转增后公司持有联合通信公司的股权份额为208673186.05份，占其总股本的0.53%。
