宏图高科:停牌筹划定向增发

    宏图高科600122)今日公告称，公司正在筹划非公开发行事宜，为了维护投资者利益，避免对公司股价造成重大影响，公司股票自2007年11月5日起停牌。

    根据公告，公司将在公告刊登后5个工作日内向相关部门进行政策咨询及方案论证，因此有关事项尚存在不确定性。

    公司承诺，自公司股票停牌之日起5个工作日内含停牌当日如果未就停牌事项及方案与相关部门咨询、论证，或者经论证方案未获通过的，则公司申请股票在11月12日复牌。
