新乡化纤:股东所持698万股股份被拍卖

    2007年11月1日，新乡化纤控股股东——新乡白鹭化纤集团有限责任公司持有的新乡化纤698万股限售流通股拍卖一次性完成。

    新乡化纤表示，此次拍卖，标的被来自沈阳和青岛的两位个人投资者联合拍得，最终成交价为每股7.34元。按照公司股改时非流通股东的承诺，该部分股份在2009年6月8日方可正式上市流通。

    据了解，此次拍卖完成后，白鹭集团持有的新乡化纤股份为161104025股，占总股本的比例为32.84%，仍为公司控股股东。

    新乡化纤明确表示，此次拍卖行为不会对公司的生产、经营、法人治理及公司2007年度盈利预期产生不利的或负面的影响。
