世纪中天:关联公司竞得77300平方米地块

    世纪中天(000540)公告称，公司控股股东(占公司总股份43.21%)的全资子公司竞拍获得贵阳市一块国有建设用地，成交价款为3750万元，出让面积77300平方米。

    公告显示，公司控股股东金世旗国际控股股份有限公司的下属全资子公司贵州欣泰房地产开发有限公司参与了11月9日贵阳市金阳2007-07地块的国有建设用地竞标，并获得该地块。当日，欣泰公司即与贵阳高新开发区国土资源分局签订了《国有建设用地使用权挂牌成交确认书(金阳2007-07地块)》。

    该地块紧邻欣泰公司正在开发的景怡西苑项目。该地块为生地出让，面积为77300平方米(115.5亩其中商业用地300平方米，住宅用地77000平方米。该地块商业用地出让年限40年，住宅用地出让年限70年。该地块预计建筑面积约10.8万平方米，总投资约为2.6亿元。
