    S*ST金荔(600762)今日公告，根据有关规定，上交所决定自2007年11月20日起终止公司票上市。

    公司股票自2006年7月24日起暂停上市。公司在规定期限内披露了2006年年度报告，并提交了恢复上市申请，但上述申请未获上交所上市委员会同意。
